NARA Health unflavoured Powdered Food with added vitamins, minerals. No sweeteners or flavouring - recommended to blend with water, fruit, vegan milks or your other favorite ingredients.
OAT flour, plant-based protein mix (pea protein, rice protein, hemp protein) toasted corn flour, flaxseed, medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil from coconut), salt, minerals (potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, iodine), Vitamins (A, C, D3, E, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, K2)*, thickening agent (xantham gum), choline bitrartate, lycopene.
*L-ascorbic acid, retinyl acetate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, riboflavin, niacinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7, D-biotin.
How to shake it?
Step 1: Add 400ml of water or vegan milk to blender, fruits or other favourite taste ingredients
Step 2: Add 3 scoops of NARA
Step 3: Let it blend for 10s
It can also be made using NARA Shaker in case no other ingredients which would need blending are used.

Best flavor out of all because it does not have any sweeteners. Taste is very good for what it is. I consume it daily, there are plenty of use cases apart from just shaking it - you can add it in your morning porridge, mix with fruits/nuts etc. Highly recommend it.
