Is NARA lactose-free?
Yes, it is! Instead of dairy-based protein, we use pea protein, which is easier to digest and has all the essential amino acids needed by humans.
When should I eat a NARA meal?
Some customers use it for breakfast while others prefer NARA instead of wasting time and money on unhealthy lunches. Some people even find it convenient to not make supper after a long day of work.
