1. General Information

1.1. The Buyer may purchase a digital (electronic) Gift Card of a specified value at the e-shop https://nara.health/. 

1.2. The Gift Card confirms the holder's right to use the amount specified therein for the purchase of NARA Health products and their sets. 

1.3. The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Validity and Usage 

2.1. The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the validity period, the card is voided, and no refunds are provided. 

2.2. The Gift Card can be used multiple times. If the total order amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be applied to a future purchase. 

2.3. If the purchase total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the Buyer may pay the difference using their preferred electronic banking method. 

2.4. Only one Gift Card can be used per order. Gift Cards can be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery and Payment 

3.1. The digital Gift Card is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer immediately after the payment is successfully confirmed. 

3.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct email address. NARA Health shall not be held liable if the Gift Card does not reach the recipient due to incorrectly entered data. 

3.3. A VAT invoice is not issued for the purchase of a Gift Card (under applicable law, this is considered a prepayment). A VAT invoice is issued at the time the goods are purchased using the Gift Card.

4. Returns and Liability 

4.1. Goods purchased using a Gift Card are returned in accordance with NARA Health's general return policy. In the event of a return, the Buyer will be issued a new Gift Card of the corresponding value (refunds to a bank account are not provided, except for the portion paid in excess of the Gift Card value). 

4.2. NARA Health is not responsible for lost Gift Card codes or codes transferred to third parties without the owner's knowledge.
