How to shake it?
Step 1: Add 400ml of water to NARA shaker
Step 2: Add 3 scoops of NARA
Step 3: Flex the muscle, shake it for 20s
Other ingredients and liquids, such as fruits, soy or oat milk can be added to the mixture. A blender may beused for a smoother and faster mix.
Storage Instructions

I’ve been using the NARA Health meal replacement shake, and performance-wise, it’s an excellent product. It genuinely does a fantastic job at curbing hunger and keeping me full for hours without causing any slump in energy levels. It delivers exactly what you’d want from a nutritious shake in terms of sustained vitality and satiety.
However, the main area for improvement is flavor differentiation. I purchased both the Strawberry and Caramel varieties, but to be honest, I couldn't taste any noticeable difference between the two. While the base product itself is high quality, the flavorings come across as practically identical. I'm not sure if this issue is limited to these specific options or applies across their entire flavor lineup.
Overall, it is a solid 4-star product for energy and appetite control, but NARA Health definitely needs to make their flavor profiles more distinct.
