To begin with, I have a quite a tense lifestyle! Work, family/kids (twins) and it’s not always so easy to prioritize myself. I have been looking for something easy, quick, nutritious and healthy for myself. I have previously tried some other meal replacements but none of them were as smooth, creamy, delicious, natural tasting as Nara! Nara tastes like a dream! Banana powder meal replacement reminds me of freshly smashed bananas which is amazing! I mix it with my fav oat milk and it works as a perfect breakfast/lunch. Definitely 10/10! 🥰

Is NARA lactose-free?
Yes, it is! Instead of dairy-based protein, we use pea protein, which is easier to digest and has all the essential amino acids needed by humans.
When should I eat a NARA meal?
Some customers use it for breakfast while others prefer NARA instead of wasting time and money on unhealthy lunches. Some people even find it convenient to not make supper after a long day of work. However, we encourage our customers to individually find out what works for them, since it is a balanced and nutritionally complete meal, you can use it even three times a day.
