Oat flour, pea protein, toasted cornmeal, extra virgin olive oil powder (maltodextrin, extra virgin olive oil),
flaxseed, medium-chain triglyceride (MCT from coconut), salt, flavoring, minerals (potassium chloride, calcium carbonate),
vitamins (A, C, D2, E, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12), thickening agent (xanthan gum), choline bitartrate, lycopene, sweetener
(sucralose).
Step 1: Add 400ml of water to NARA shaker
Step 2: Add 3 scoops of NARA
Step 3: Flex the muscle, shake it for 20s
Other ingredients and liquids, such as fruits, soy or oat milk can be added to the mixture. A blender may beused for a smoother and faster mix.
Best before: see date on the package. Store in a cool and dry place. Once mixed with liquid, consume within 2 hoursor 24 hours if refrigerated.
