chocolate, this is my taste. Nara is irreplaceable food on busy mornings, quick and good taste, no bad feelings for stomach and gives enough energy almost for all day. Strongly recommend for runners, if you have an early start next day and do not want to feel that "fully feeling" you can try this at night before it. Did this for a few times and well, I felt light and full of energy before my starts. P.S. really nice shaker, fine to use and my kiddo loves to play with it also :))

Is NARA lactose-free?
Yes, it is! Instead of dairy-based protein, we use pea protein, which is easier to digest and has all the essential amino acids needed by humans.
When should I eat a NARA meal?
Some customers use it for breakfast while others prefer NARA instead of wasting time and money on unhealthy lunches. Some people even find it convenient to not make supper after a long day of work. However, we encourage our customers to individually find out what works for them, since it is a balanced and nutritionally complete meal, you can use it even three times a day.
