Delivery costs
We offer free delivery for all orders over 70€. If your order is under 70€, a delivery fee of 8€ will be charged.
We ship from within Europe so you don’t need to worry about taxes and customs duties in the European Union. More to that - we offer deliveries with duties paid to the US, Switzerland and the UK.
How long it take to get my order?
We pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after order placement. Your local courier will contact you via email/text when your order has been shipped.
*Please note, if you order after 14:00 CEST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your items will be packed and shipped on Monday.

To the rest of the world we ship using postal services, therefore the delivery time could take up to 30 days. We also cannot take responsibility for taxes and duties if they may be.
Who will deliver my order?
We use DPD and FEDEX for most deliveries, but in some countries these will be handed over to a local carrier once they enter the destination country.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We strive to pick and pack your items as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to amend or cancel your order once it’s placed, including swapping products, updating your delivery address, or changing payment methods. However, you’re always welcome to return any unwanted items for a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Take a look at our Returns policy for more information.
I need help.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or not delivered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at info@nara.health within 7 days of the original delivery date, and we’ll investigate the issue for you. Unfortunately, if we’re notified after this timeframe, we may not be able to cover the costs of a lost parcel.
