I'm an active person and I don't always have time to eat, so this turned out to be a great alternative. This is my first time I am using these meal replacements and I have a few insights.
- When I added these shakes to my diet, after a week my intestines were fixed. There was a feeling of lightness. I was pleasantly surprised.
- I tried to take it instead of lunch, but it's too little for me, so I replaced my breakfast with it. Also, sometimes when I come back from sports late at night, I no longer want to eat heavy food, then I drink this cocktail.
- I mix it with cold milk, not with water. It tastes better to me. After shaking, I let it stand for a few minutes.
- I bought all the flavours and I change them every day so that I don't get bored. If you buy, buy several at once. All the flavours are really great.
P.S. I was sick for the past few days and this cocktail was a great rescue when you have no appetite, but you still need to eat.
I recommend it.
I have tried many diferrent meal replacement products, but this seems to be THE ONE 💙 most importantly my stomach & gut feels well and I actualy feel better in terms of energy and mood. Another highlight - awesome packaging and comfort when closing and reopening pack.
