Ingredients: Oat flour, plant-based protein mix (pea protein, rice protein, hemp protein), toasted corn flour, virgin olive oil powder, flaxseed, medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil from coconut), iodised salt (potassium iodide), flavouring, minerals (potassium chloride, calcium carbonate), vitamins (A, C, D3, E, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, K2)*, thickening agent (xanthan gum), choline bitartrate, lycopene, sweetener (sucralose).

How to shake it?

Step 1: Add 400ml of water to the shaker

Is NARA Health a good choice after a workout?

Yes, NARA Health is an excellent choice post-workout! It contains plant-based carbohydrates (from oats, flaxseeds, and corn) that quickly restore energy following intense physical activity.
