Positives: Worse taste than Banana or chocolate, but better than strawberry. Still much better than Huel terrible tasting meal replacements!!! feel full after drinking it, no upset stomach like with Huel black edition and no energy crash. Negatives: Stickers doesnt hold up, Hard to mix with standart shaker(no problem with nara.health shaker).

Man šis kokteilis tapo visišku atradimu svorio metimo kelionėje. Padeda nenusiaubti šaldytuvo vakare, jei nepavyko išlaikyti reguliarių tarpų tarp valgymų. Esu bandžiusi vietoje pietų. Po sporto pasidarydavau 1/2 porcijos ir tai puikus užkandis. Skanu ir greita. Ir dar pigu.

NARA Health is a plant-based food supplement in shake form, made to complement your daily diet. Every serving gives you 30 g of plant protein, at least 7.5 g of fibre and 26 vitamins and minerals, plus complex carbohydrates from oats and plant fats from virgin olive oil, flaxseed and coconut MCTs, all in one shake.
Is NARA Health a good choice after a workout?
Yes, NARA Health is an excellent choice post-workout! It contains plant-based carbohydrates (from oats, flaxseeds, and corn) that quickly restore energy following intense physical activity. Next, it’s important to supply your body with protein for muscle recovery, which is why each serving contains as much as 30g of plant protein mix (about as much as the body can effectively absorb in one sitting). These proteins are rich in essential amino acids, particularly BCAAs. A high protein content helps ensure proper maintenance and growth of muscle mass.
How do you prepare a NARA Health shake?
Pour 400 ml of water into a shaker, add 3 scoops of powder (the scoop is in the pack) and shake for 20 seconds. That’s it. Use a little more or less water for the thickness you like.
