How to shake it?
Step 1: Add 400ml of water to NARA shaker
Step 2: Add 3 scoops of NARA
Step 3: Flex the muscle, shake it for 20s
Other ingredients and liquids, such as fruits, soy or oat milk can be added to the mixture. A blender may beused for a smoother and faster mix.
Storage Instructions
Best before: see date on the package. Store in a cool and dry place. Once mixed with liquid, consume within 2 hoursor 24 hours if refrigerated.

Positives: Worse taste than Banana or chocolate, but better than strawberry. Still much better than Huel terrible tasting meal replacements!!! feel full after drinking it, no upset stomach like with Huel black edition and no energy crash. Negatives: Stickers doesnt hold up, Hard to mix with standart shaker(no problem with nara.health shaker).

Man šis kokteilis tapo visišku atradimu svorio metimo kelionėje. Padeda nenusiaubti šaldytuvo vakare, jei nepavyko išlaikyti reguliarių tarpų tarp valgymų. Esu bandžiusi vietoje pietų. Po sporto pasidarydavau 1/2 porcijos ir tai puikus užkandis. Skanu ir greita. Ir dar pigu.
